Merchandising Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet brand standards
• Coach and train the team on visual merchandising, floorset execution, and marketing standards
• Act as a Leader on Duty (LOD) to maximize salesfloor and fitting room productivity
• Analyze daily sales trends and reporting to make strategic business decisions and drive KPIs
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, including sell-through adjustments and replenishment
• Recruit, hire, and develop talent to ensure the store is appropriately staffed
• Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback to drive associate engagement
• Maintain store safety, asset protection, and operational standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management role
• Proven team leadership and people development skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze retail metrics
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task with high attention to detail
• Flexible availability to work during peak shopping hours
• Understanding of employment law and retail operational procedures
