Merchandising Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet brand visual standards.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the merchandising team through real-time feedback and performance reviews.
• Act as a Leader on Duty (LOD) to maximize salesfloor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, including sell-through adjustments, replenishment, and floorset execution.
• Recruit, hire, and train high-quality talent to meet business needs.
• Ensure store safety, asset protection, and operational excellence across all zones, including fitting rooms.
• Analyze daily trends and reporting to make strategic business decisions and drive key KPIs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management role.
• Proven team leadership and people development skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales trends.
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task with high attention to detail.
• Flexible availability to work during peak shopping hours.
• Understanding of employment law and commitment to maintaining store safety standards.
