Merchandising Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet brand visual standards.
• Lead and coach the team on floorset execution, replenishment, and marketing standards.
• Act as a Leader on Duty (LOD) to maximize salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty.
• Analyze daily business trends and reporting to make strategic decisions and drive key KPIs.
• Recruit, hire, and train high-quality talent to ensure the store is appropriately staffed.
• Provide real-time coaching, performance feedback, and development plans to associates.
• Maintain store safety, asset protection, and operational excellence across all zones.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management role.
• Proven team leadership and people development skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales trends.
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task with high attention to detail.
• Flexible availability to work during peak shopping hours.
• General understanding of employment law.
