About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the store merchandising strategy
  • Coach and train the team on visual standards and brand execution
  • Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity
  • Analyze reporting and daily trends to make strategic business decisions
  • Lead day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment
  • Recruit, hire, and develop strong talent
  • Maintain store safety and asset protection standards

Requirements

  • Previous retail management leadership experience
  • Strong multi-tasking and attention to detail
  • Ability to lead and develop teams
  • General understanding of employment law
  • Strong business acumen
