About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the store merchandising strategy
- Coach and train the team on visual standards and brand execution
- Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity
- Analyze reporting and daily trends to make strategic business decisions
- Lead day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment
- Recruit, hire, and develop strong talent
- Maintain store safety, asset protection, and operational standards
Requirements
- Previous retail management leadership experience
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive KPIs
- Excellent multi-tasking, priority-setting, and time management skills
- Knowledge of team development and general employment law
- Flexible availability to work during retail hours
