Merchandising Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet key KPIs
• Coach and train the team on visual standards, floorset execution, and brand marketing
• Lead day-to-day merchandising, including sell-through adjustments and replenishment
• Act as a Leader on Duty (LOD) to maximize salesfloor and fitting room productivity
• Recruit, hire, and develop talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs
• Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback to drive associate engagement
• Maintain store safety, asset protection, and operational standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management or leadership role
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze daily sales trends
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
• Flexible availability to work during peak shopping hours
• Understanding of employment law and retail operational procedures
