Merchandising Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet key KPIs
• Coach and train the team on visual standards, floorset execution, and brand marketing
• Lead day-to-day merchandising, including sell-through adjustments and replenishment
• Act as a Leader on Duty (LOD) to maximize salesfloor and fitting room productivity
• Recruit, hire, and develop talent through ongoing performance feedback and coaching
• Maintain store safety, asset protection, and operational standards to ensure a "guest ready" environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management role
• Proven team leadership and people development skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze daily sales trends
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability to work according to guest shopping patterns
