Merchandising Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed and adheres to sales plans
• Arrange products according to planograms
• Replenish shelves with delivered products and perform proper product rotation
• Place promotional signage to create maximum visual impact
• Provide weekly reports on execution activities
• Build strong business relationships with key contacts through excellent customer service
• Collaborate closely with sales representatives to develop sales opportunities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing 18lbs or more
• Valid driver's license and possession of a personal vehicle (mandatory)
• Fluency in French (mandatory)
• Strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork
