Merchandising Shipping/Receiving Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage store operational requirements including processing returns and completing invoices
• Receive and process replenishment shipments and prepare orders for shipping or store transfers
• Maintain store stock, sales literature, and event displays to enhance the customer experience
• Organize the warehouse to ensure products are easily located
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in the physical inventory process
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times
• Support the Will Call area and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers

Requirements

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management
• Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs, frequently lift 50 lbs, and occasionally lift over 75 lbs (with assistance)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong multi-tasking capabilities and the ability to learn new processes quickly
• Strong work ethic and commitment to high business ethical standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or merchandising experience
• Forklift operation experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization, time-management, and basic math skills
• Previous customer service experience
