Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver standardized technical support for merchandising software
- Act as an implementation partner to clients, optimizing customer-specific processes
- Troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Implement and support data models in SQL Server and Oracle environments
- Participate in technical projects and integrate software solutions into client environments
- Support project management by delivering timely solutions and customizations
- Transition projects into regular operations and support escalations
- Contribute expertise to technical groups
- Analyze client requirements and design technical solutions
- Assist sales and analytics teams with technical competencies and demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships based on contractual agreements
- Regularly update client merchandising software
- Deliver online and in-person training for merchandising software
- Report and monitor software bugs via ServiceNow, JIRA, and Spaceman UserVoice
- Collaborate continuously with sales, product leadership, and peers
Requirements
- Software support and administration skills
- Database experience with SQL Server and Oracle
- Strong communication skills (Arabic and English)
- Reliability and commitment to projects and support
- Patience and problem-solving mindset
- Team collaboration
- Deep understanding of customer issues and needs
- Ability to build stakeholder relationships
