Merchandising Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Execute variable tasks including planograms, signage, and price changes
• Perform physical inventories and accurate cycle counts
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and store layout initiatives
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service by greeting customers and recommending product solutions
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and communicate proactively with supervisors

Requirements

• Prior retail or merchandising experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal assistance
