Merchandising Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Travel to various store locations within an assigned district to execute planograms and resets
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs to maintain visual standards
• Maintain store signage and perform detailed recovery to ensure planogram integrity
• Perform store-specific measurements, layout initiatives, and accurate cycle counts
• Deliver legendary customer service by greeting customers and recommending product solutions
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues

Requirements

• Prior retail or merchandising experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between store locations in a personal vehicle
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to work self-directed with minimal assistance
