Merchandising Representative

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out merchandising initiatives and call on target accounts
• Sell in PDQs, displays, and end cap placements to store managers
• Ensure account shelves, cold vaults, and coolers are stocked and merchandised according to brand flow
• Rotate backstock to existing displays, racks, and cold space
• Place point of sale materials and participate in new store openings or resets
• Conduct product demos upon request
• Make 15-20 account calls per day and track them within the Celsius sales app
• Communicate sales leads and incremental opportunities to the territory manager
• Submit weekly work logs including mileage and photographic documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and a clean driving record (MVR screening required)
• Access to a personal vehicle (allowance provided)
• Ability to work a flexible 40-hour work week, specifically Wednesday through Sunday
• Must reside within the assigned county area
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
