Merchandising Representative

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute merchandising initiatives and marketing activities across various retail channels
• Manage shelf space, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers to ensure proper brand flow and stock levels
• Conduct 15-20 account calls per day to sell in displays, end caps, and PDQs
• Rotate backstock and place point-of-sale materials as approved by account managers
• Communicate sales leads and incremental opportunities to the territory manager
• Participate in new store openings, store resets, and product demonstrations
• Maintain organized account lists and submit weekly work logs, including mileage and photos via the Celsius sales app

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and a clean driving record (MVR screening required)
• Access to a personal vehicle (allowance provided)
• Ability to work a flexible 40-hour work week, specifically Wednesday through Sunday
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Must reside within the assigned county area
