Merchandising Representative

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute merchandising initiatives and call on target accounts
• Manage shelf space, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers to ensure proper brand flow
• Negotiate with store managers for PDQs, displays, and end cap placements
• Rotate backstock and place point-of-sale materials as approved
• Conduct product demos and support new store openings or resets
• Make 15-20 account calls per day and track activity via the Celsius sales app
• Communicate sales leads and incremental opportunities to the territory manager
• Submit weekly work logs, including mileage and photographic documentation

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and a clean driving record
• Access to a personal vehicle (allowance provided)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, specifically Wednesday through Sunday
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to live within the assigned county area
