Merchandising Representative

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute merchandising initiatives, including floor displays, signage, and end cap placement.
• Visit 15-20 target accounts per day to ensure shelves, cold vaults, and coolers are properly stocked and merchandised.
• Rotate backstock and manage product distribution according to account guidelines.
• Communicate sales leads and incremental opportunities to the territory manager.
• Conduct product demos upon request to attract customers.
• Maintain organized account lists and track all activity within the Celsius sales app.
• Submit weekly work logs, including mileage and photographic documentation of displays.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) from Wednesday through Sunday.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and a clean driving record (MVR screening required).
• Access to a personal vehicle (a vehicle allowance will be provided).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with store managers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
