Merchandising Representative

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute merchandising initiatives to ensure brand visibility
• Manage shelf space, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers according to brand standards
• Conduct 15-20 account calls per day to target retail locations
• Negotiate with store managers for PDQ, end cap, and floor display placements
• Rotate backstock and ensure products are stocked and organized
• Place point-of-sale materials and support new store openings or resets
• Conduct product demonstrations upon request to attract customers
• Track all account calls and submit weekly work logs via the Celsius sales app
• Communicate sales leads and incremental opportunities to the territory manager

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and a clean driving record
• Access to a personal vehicle (allowance provided)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, specifically Wednesday through Sunday
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to live within the assigned county area
