Merchandising Representative

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute merchandising initiatives to drive brand visibility
• Manage shelf space, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers according to brand standards
• Conduct 15-20 account calls per day to ensure proper product rotation and stock levels
• Secure new floor displays, signage, and end-cap placements through store manager engagement
• Communicate sales leads and incremental opportunities to the Territory Manager
• Perform product demonstrations to attract customers and increase engagement
• Utilize the Celsius sales app to track account calls and submit weekly work logs
• Support new store openings and store resets as needed

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and a clean driving record
• Access to a personal vehicle (allowance provided)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, specifically Wednesday through Sunday
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to live within the assigned county area
