Merchandising Representative

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute merchandising initiatives to increase brand visibility
• Visit 15-20 target accounts per day, including grocery, specialty, and convenience stores
• Secure floor displays, end caps, and PDQ placements through manager engagement
• Ensure shelves, cold vaults, and coolers are fully stocked and merchandised according to brand standards
• Rotate backstock and manage product placement according to account guidelines
• Place point-of-sale materials and conduct product demos upon request
• Communicate sales leads and incremental opportunities to the Territory Manager
• Track all account calls and submit weekly work logs and mileage via the Celsius sales app
• Capture and submit weekly photo documentation of merchandising efforts

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work a flexible 40-hour work week, specifically Wednesday through Sunday
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and a clean driving record (MVR screening required)
• Access to a personal vehicle (a vehicle allowance will be provided)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment
• Must reside within the assigned county area
