Merchandising Representative

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute merchandising initiatives, including new floor displays and signage
• Call on target accounts (15-20 calls per day) to sell in PDQs and end cap placements
• Ensure account shelves, cold vaults, and coolers are stocked and merchandised according to brand flow
• Rotate backstock to existing displays and racks according to account guidelines
• Communicate sales leads and incremental opportunities to the territory manager
• Conduct product demos upon request and participate in new store openings
• Track and complete all account calls and submit weekly work logs via the Celsius sales app
• Maintain an organized list of target accounts to assist with weekly and monthly planning

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and an excellent driving record
• Access to a personal vehicle (an allowance will be provided)
• Ability to work a flexible 40-hour work week, specifically Wednesday through Sunday
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-based environment
