Merchandising Representative

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute merchandising initiatives to ensure brand visibility
• Visit 15-20 target accounts per day, including grocery, specialty, and convenience stores
• Secure floor displays, end caps, and PDQ placements by communicating with store managers
• Maintain shelf space, cold vaults, and coolers according to designated brand flow
• Rotate backstock and place point-of-sale materials as approved
• Conduct product demos and support new store openings or resets
• Track all account calls and submit weekly work logs and mileage via the Celsius sales app
• Communicate sales leads and incremental opportunities to the territory manager

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and a clean driving record
• Access to a personal vehicle (allowance provided)
• Ability to work a flexible 40-hour work week, specifically Wednesday through Sunday
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to live within the assigned county area
