Merchandising Representative

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute merchandising initiatives to ensure brand visibility
• Manage shelf space, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers according to brand standards
• Conduct 15-20 account calls per day to target grocery, specialty, and convenience stores
• Secure new floor displays, signage, and end-cap placements by communicating with store managers
• Rotate backstock and ensure products are properly stocked and merchandised
• Place point-of-sale materials and support new store openings or resets
• Conduct product demos upon request to attract customers
• Track all account calls and submit weekly work logs and mileage via the Celsius sales app

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and an excellent driving record
• Access to a personal vehicle for travel (allowance provided)
• Ability to work a Wednesday through Sunday schedule
• Residency within the assigned county
