Merchandising Representative

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute merchandising initiatives to ensure brand visibility.
• Visit 15-20 target accounts per day, including grocery, specialty, and convenience stores.
• Secure floor displays, end cap placements, and PDQs through relationship building with store managers.
• Maintain shelf space, cold vaults, and standalone coolers according to brand standards.
• Rotate backstock and place point-of-sale materials to ensure product freshness and availability.
• Conduct product demos upon request to attract customers.
• Communicate sales leads and incremental opportunities to the territory manager.
• Track all account calls and submit weekly work logs and mileage via the Celsius sales app.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and a clean driving record (MVR screening required).
• Access to a personal vehicle (a vehicle allowance will be provided).
• Ability to work a flexible 40-hour weekly schedule, specifically Wednesday through Sunday.
• Must reside within the assigned county area.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a self-starter attitude.
