Merchandising Representative

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute merchandising initiatives to increase brand visibility
• Manage shelf space, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers according to brand standards
• Conduct 15-20 account calls per day to target grocery, specialty, and convenience stores
• Secure new floor displays, signage, and end-cap placements through store manager engagement
• Rotate backstock and ensure products are stocked according to account guidelines
• Communicate sales leads and incremental opportunities to the territory manager
• Conduct product demos upon request to attract customers
• Track all account calls and submit weekly work logs via the Celsius sales app
• Take and submit weekly photos of merchandising execution

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and a clean driving record
• Access to a personal vehicle (allowance provided)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule from Wednesday to Sunday
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to live within the assigned county area
