Merchandising Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own merchandising calendars, launch schedules, and key business milestones
• Establish and improve scalable merchandise processes and workflows
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for consumer product initiatives
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Marketing, Design, Fan Engagement, and Retail teams
• Oversee product setup across e-commerce and retail systems including SKU management and POS alignment
• Partner with leadership on merchandise assortment planning and seasonal activations
• Execute go-to-market strategies across Shopify, matchday retail, and pop-up experiences
• Manage vendor and partner relationships, including purchase orders and service agreements
• Mentor and develop retail support staff and coordinators

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field preferred
• Experience in merchandising, retail operations, or consumer products in a fast-paced environment
• Deep experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Proven experience leading cross-functional GTM processes
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must reside within Washington state upon hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with apparel buying and assortment planning
• Strong interest in women’s sports and soccer
