Merchandising Manager, Partnership

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute visual merchandising and product highlights on the e-commerce platform to drive engagement.
• Manage weekly new arrivals, themed campaigns, and member-exclusive product launches.
• Source and onboard local and international pet brands, including food, supplements, and accessories.
• Negotiate exclusive distribution rights, co-branded collections, and optimal wholesale or consignment terms.
• Design and execute pricing strategies, bundling logic, flash sales, and subscription models to meet revenue OKRs.
• Collaborate with 3PL and logistics partners to optimize and implement efficient delivery solutions.

Requirements

• University degree in Merchandising, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in digital merchandising, eCommerce management, or channel management.
• Proven track record of owning P&L or revenue targets for an eCommerce business or major digital channel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Business or conversational Japanese proficiency for regular communication with Japanese suppliers and brands.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in merchant partnership or business development within the pet, lifestyle, or premium product sectors.
