Merchandising Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive retail merchandising strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends
• Design and implement effective planograms to optimize product placement, assortment, and shelving
• Oversee the creation of visually appealing displays, signage, and promotional materials to drive sales
• Monitor product availability and stock levels to ensure timely replenishment and minimize out-of-stock situations
• Analyze consumer behavior and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for enhanced visibility
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to merchandising effectiveness and market share
• Provide training and guidance to retail staff on merchandising best practices and brand guidelines
• Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure brand consistency

Requirements

• Proven experience in merchandising strategy development within the FMCG sector
• Expertise in planogram design and implementation
• Strong background in visual merchandising and promotional execution
• Proficiency in inventory management and stock level monitoring
