Merchandising Consultant, Pricing and Promotions

Responsibilities

• Lead process development workshops and implementation projects, configuring the Pricing and Promotions platform to customer specifications.
• Build, test, and validate platform configurations while partnering with customers through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop analytical queries on large datasets to deliver custom insights, KPI dashboards, and performance tracking.
• Present strategic recommendations to operational teams and executive leadership regarding campaign evaluation and optimization.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into development roadmaps.
• Support sales efforts as a subject matter expert through solution positioning and ROI development.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience tackling complex business challenges.
• Agile mindset and adaptability to evolving project requirements and customer environments.
• Collaborative team player capable of working across diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in pricing, promotional planning, retail, category management, or management consulting.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Proven track record implementing or supporting enterprise-scale software solutions through full project lifecycles.
• Experience in requirement gathering, business process design, and delivering user training.
