Merchandising Associate

Responsibilities

• Support an exceptional shopping experience by ensuring product is organized and visually aligned with brand standards
• Process merchandise deliveries including receiving, sorting, and preparing product for the sales floor
• Assist with visual presentation including floor moves, product placement, and signage
• Execute visual setup and changes to maintain a cohesive store environment
• Demonstrate product knowledge and understanding of merchandise flow
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries promptly

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in merchandise processing, retail, sales, or customer service preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail
• Passion for fashion and knowledge of trends
• Proficiency in POS, ERP, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m
