Merchandising and Commercial Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain GTM tools including PLM, pricing, segmentation, launch dates, and line lists
• Support the Commercial team with sales and marketplace/competitive analysis
• Deliver consistent reporting on sales, forecast, and competitive data across channels
• Support the product roadmap, portfolio strategy, and innovation plan
• Assist with go-to-market planning for new item launches
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to implement channel-specific strategies
• Partner to develop strategic sales and promotional opportunities
• Assist in flow of goods management with demand planning and supply chain partners
• Support content development for internal and external communications
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or related field
• 3+ years of experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or business development
• Strong analytical skills with expertise building dashboards and reports
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with research, analysis, buying, or replenishment in consumer products
• Ability to process and reconcile large amounts of data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry knowledge in Retail, CPG, Food & Beverage, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Sportswear
