Merchandiser Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, and develop new hires to manage a team of merchandisers
• Adhere to KDP merchandising standards and inspect the execution of point-of-sale (POS) initiatives
• Route merchandisers for sales and deliveries
• Ensure cost-effectiveness and maintain high levels of customer service
• Ensure company pricing is properly displayed at retail locations
• Provide merchandising coverage for vacation routes
• Identify new sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue

Requirements

• 3 years of merchandising experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Valid auto insurance
