Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, displays, cold vaults, and coolers to ensure full stock and proper rotation.
• Comply with planograms and shelf schematics to maintain brand standards.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves and review code dates during every visit.
• Identify and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired products for removal.
• Maintain clean and organized backstock areas and ensure all cold equipment and racks are presented according to brand standards.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with retail customers to support in-store execution.
• Support in-store execution by building and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.

Requirements

• Valid US Driver’s License.
• Reliable vehicle with at least the minimum required insurance coverage for work purposes.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and advertising displays.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, loading, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and squatting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in merchandising is a plus.
