Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, displays, cold vaults, and coolers to ensure full stock and proper rotation.
• Maintain compliance with planograms and shelf schematics to maximize product visibility.
• Rotate products from backstock to shelves and review code dates during every visit.
• Identify and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired products for removal or exchange.
• Ensure all cold equipment, racks, and point-of-sale materials are clean and presented according to brand standards.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and collaborate with Account Sales Managers.
• Support in-store execution by building and optimizing displays to drive sales.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid US Driver’s License.
• Reliable vehicle with at least the minimum required insurance coverage for work purposes.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and advertising displays.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent bending, reaching, squatting, lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in merchandising is a plus.
