Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, displays, cold vaults, and coolers to ensure full stock and proper rotation.
• Maintain compliance with planograms and shelf schematics to meet brand standards.
• Rotate products from backstock to shelves and review code dates during every visit.
• Identify and report dented, damaged, dirty, or expired products for removal or exchange.
• Ensure all cold equipment, racks, and point-of-sale materials are clean and well-presented.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to support in-store execution.
• Support the building and optimization of displays to maximize product visibility and sales.

Requirements

• Valid US Driver’s License.
• Reliable vehicle with at least the minimum required insurance coverage for work purposes.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and advertising displays.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, loading, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and squatting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in merchandising is a plus.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.
