Responsibilities

• Create and update merchandising supports, including planograms and implementation directives
• Act as the operational link between the merchandising department and stores
• Supervise the maintenance and update of merchandising displays in points of sale
• Ensure the deployment of concepts across the store network and during new openings
• Support the Product Merchandiser in preparing market reviews with Product Managers
• Participate in reflections on future concepts and laboratory store testing

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree (Business School, Master in Marketing/Distribution, or Merchandising specialization)
• Strong commercial sense and understanding of purchase triggers
• Team spirit and strong communication skills
• Rigor and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn merchandising software (e.g., Ivant, Spaceman)
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
