Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays within assigned accounts
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelves to ensure freshness
• Transport products from the backroom to the sales floor using equipment like U-boats, hand trucks, or pallet jacks
• Set up promotional materials such as signs and banners
• Maintain a neat and orderly backroom stock area
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel
• Communicate store-level issues to both store managers and Pepsi management
• Use handheld devices to input orders and follow operating procedures

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance
• Access to a personal vehicle or reliable transportation to visit multiple store locations
• Physical capability to lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing between 20-45 lbs
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, and squatting

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a retail or grocery store environment
• Experience with product merchandising and shelf stocking
• Familiarity with managing backroom or stockroom inventory
• Experience using manual equipment to move products safely within a store
