Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Act as a Brand Representative in-store to build impactful displays and ensure product availability
• Build strong relationships with customers and the Sales team through reliable and effective communication
• Set up product displays in line with company standards and pre-agreed locations
• Utilize Point of Sale materials to generate shopper interest
• Ensure products are always available on the shelf for purchase
• Support New World and Woolworths stores for 4.5 hours weekly (Sunday and Monday shifts)

Requirements

• Current NZ full or restricted driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with valid car insurance
• Proficiency using smartphone technology
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work autonomously and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous merchandising experience is an advantage, though training will be provided
