Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Implement merchandising strategy to increase product visibility and optimize trade budgets
• Monitor and report competitor activities, price changes, and promotion alerts
• Ensure product availability on shelves and coordinate restocking from warehouses
• Maintain store shelves according to planograms and ensure products are clean and undamaged
• Optimize the use and maintenance of point of sale materials
• Manage inventory levels, advising on reorders and handling defective or expired products
• Set up promotional displays and monitor customer reactions
• Negotiate better product visibility with clients
• Submit weekly trade monitoring reports including price fishing and availability analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
• Up to 1 year of previous related experience
