Merchandiser Lead

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with Keurig Dr Pepper brands
• Partner with Sales Representatives and Managers to coordinate delivery and merchandising schedules
• Build effective relationships with store personnel to ensure superior customer satisfaction
• Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue
• Provide feedback on competitor activities and industry best practices
• Cover multiple routes and provide sales and/or merchandising services as assigned
• Train all merchandisers on best practices and support their professional growth
• Brief frontline employees on scheduling and upcoming meetings
• Manage an area equivalent to three normal merchandising routes

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in customer service (resolving issues, communicating with managers, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly
• Possession of a valid driver's license
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle
• Flexibility to work 5 days a week, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work early morning shifts (starting at 6:00 am) and overtime as needed
