Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Stock and replenish products in shelves, racks, displays, and coolers using manual or powered equipment
• Transport product from backroom/storage areas to the sales floor
• Build, maintain, modify, and remove displays according to company standards
• Maintain signage, clean product areas, and secure damaged or defective product
• Organize and manage backroom inventory and monitor stock levels
• Follow FIFO procedures and rotate front-stock and back-stock weekly
• Process damaged product, repack product, and organize pallets
• Communicate through Teams regarding account servicing, recap photos, and out-of-stock issues
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and coworkers

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum one year of work experience required
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work
• Personal vehicle required for work use
• Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance
• Acceptable driving record with no major violations within the last three years
• Ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire
• Basic technology skills including smartphone and/or laptop use
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
