Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products on store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers
• Build, change, or remove product displays while adhering to company standards and maintaining signage
• Manage backroom inventory by organizing products and utilizing FIFO rotation to ensure freshness
• Evaluate and process damaged products and organize backroom materials like pallets and shells
• Communicate with sales teams and store managers regarding out-of-stock items or customer concerns
• Use mobile technology to provide account recaps and pictures via the Teams app

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of work experience in grocery, retail, warehouse, manual labor, or a related field
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours
• Valid Driver's License and current vehicle liability insurance with a clean driving record
• Ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire
• Basic computer and smartphone skills for day-to-day business communication
• Ability to lift 40 lbs or less frequently and perform physical tasks like bending, squatting, and walking
