Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products on store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers
• Build, change, or remove product displays while adhering to company standards and maintaining signage
• Manage backroom inventory by organizing products and utilizing FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation
• Evaluate and process damaged products and organize backroom materials like pallets and shells
• Communicate with sales teams and store managers via the Teams app to report stock levels and customer concerns
• Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and retail customers

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of work experience in grocery, retail, warehouse, manual labor, or a related field
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work
• Must possess a personal vehicle for use during working hours
• Valid Driver's License and current vehicle liability insurance
• Basic computer and smartphone skills for business applications
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. or less frequently and perform physical tasks like bending, squatting, and pushing/pulling
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays based on customer demand

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience using equipment such as pallet jacks and high loader lifts
• Ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire
