Responsibilities

• Use data to optimize sales volume and profitability of designated product areas
• Plan budgets by category, option count, and depth of buy
• Control stock levels based on weekly sales and stock intakes (WSSI)
• Review and action sales forecasts based on performance
• Analyze best and worst sellers and make informed recommendations
• Recommend promotions and re-buys as necessary
• Monitor and maintain buying and gross profit margins
• Manage a team of people, providing regular feedback and career development support
• Build effective relationships with buying, merchandising, studio, VM, and finance teams

Requirements

• Experience working in a similar merchandising role
• Solid understanding of WSSI
• Advanced Excel skills
• Highly numerical and analytical mindset
• Strong decision-making skills
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commercial knowledge
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
