Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Maintain attractive bulk food and packaged product displays
• Stock shelves and replenish products from backroom inventory
• Update pricing and place product orders
• Ensure planogram compliance and prevent out-of-stocks
• Monitor product freshness and maintain shelf organization
• Collaborate with retail department staff
• Identify opportunities to increase sales floor space
• Prepare and submit daily visit reports

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional behavior with clients and store personnel
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Flexible and adaptable to changing environments
• Ability to lift up to 30 lb and stand for several hours
