Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Make bulk food and packaged product displays attractive to customers
• Pull products from stock and fill displays
• Update pricing and place product orders
• Maintain shelves, apply planogram changes, prevent stockouts, and ensure product freshness
• Collaborate with retail department staff and identify opportunities to increase sales floor space
• Prepare and submit required daily visit reports

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional behavior with clients and store staff while performing tasks
• Detail-oriented and extremely organized
• Flexible and adaptable to a constantly changing environment
• Able to lift up to 30 lb and stand for several hours
