Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling products
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Ensure products are displayed attractively and according to company standards
• Implement promotional activities and ensure proper shelf placement
• Manage stock rotation (FIFO) to minimize expirations
• Collect payments from customers according to agreed terms
• Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with finance
• Develop relationships with retail staff and managers
• Provide regular updates on sales, merchandising, and collections
• Report on competitor market presence and strategies

Requirements

• University Degree in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic understanding of payment collection processes
