Merchandise Team Member

Responsibilities

• Support the creative visual merchandise team by delivering compelling merchandise displays
• Unload shipments and manage stock levels on the floor and shelves
• Maintain floor presentations, signage, and clear stock within the store
• Ensure all displays meet the established creative direction to drive sales
• Multitask effectively to maintain high standards of store presentation

Requirements

• Experience in visual merchandising or stock handling within a retail environment
• Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work
• Positive attitude, natural creativity, and initiative
• Good communication skills to build relationships with the team
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including occasional weekends during peak periods
• Valid Australian working rights
