Merchandise Steering & Replenishment Manager

Responsibilities

• Control automated replenishment for NOS and VMI models to optimize product availability and stock levels
• Analyze assortment performance across suppliers, categories, and SKUs to derive data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate closely with internal interfaces such as Buying, Inbound, and Merchandise Planning, as well as external suppliers
• Support cross-departmental projects focusing on automation of merchandise steering and improvement of forecast and data quality

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Fashion Management, or a comparable field
• Very good Excel skills and proficiency in handling large datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a structured way of working
• Proactive personality with a hands-on mentality
• Very good English skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Initial experience in Supply Chain, Merchandise Management, or Controlling, ideally in E-commerce, Retail, or Fashion
• Experience with analytics or BI tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
• German language skills
