Merchandise Specialist

Responsibilities

• Fulfill guest orders in a timely fashion, ensuring accuracy in items and sizes
• Accurately ring up guest purchases using Live Nation’s sales system
• Participate in inventory count-in and count-out procedures
• Create visually appealing merchandise displays and ensure correct pricing
• Support successful sales operations and contribute to a positive work environment
• Perform physical duties including moving equipment and transferring merchandise
• Act as a brand ambassador for Live Nation, local sponsors, and the venue

Requirements

• Minimum of 16 years of age
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Proficiency with touch-screen based systems
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and potential extreme temperatures
• Availability to work the entire concert day, including shifts up to 15 hours
