Merchandise Shipping/Receiving Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations including receiving shipments, processing returns, and conducting inventory checks
• Prepare and ship orders and facilitate store transfers
• Maintain and support the Will Call area and stock the sales floor
• Organize the warehouse to ensure products are easily located
• Complete all associated paperwork, including invoices and replenishment processing
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management
• Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs, frequently lift 50 lbs, and occasionally lift over 75 lbs with assistance
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong multi-tasking capabilities and ability to learn quickly
• Strong work ethic and commitment to high ethical standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or merchandising experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization, time-management, and basic math skills
• Previous customer service experience
